Release is a documented process

Purity is measured, identity is confirmed and every result is archived against a batch number. This page explains what we test, how a batch is released, and how to check that you are buying from an authorized seller.

Authorized network

Verify an authorized seller

Only stores listed in our authorized network may offer Peptide+ products online. Enter the seller's website address and we will check the domain against the register of approved stores.

  • Domain-level check against the seller register
  • Authorized distributors reviewed every 12 months
  • Unlisted sellers are not supplied by Peptide+

Analytical panel

What each batch is tested for

Four measurements are performed on the finished, lyophilized vial — not on an earlier intermediate.

HPLC purity

Reverse-phase chromatography at 220 nm. Purity is reported as peak area and the chromatogram is attached to the COA.

Release threshold ≥ 98.0%

Mass spectrometry

ESI-MS confirms the molecular ion matches the theoretical mass of the declared sequence within tolerance.

Identity: confirmed / not confirmed

Endotoxin (LAL)

Limulus amebocyte lysate testing is performed on representative vials from each lot.

Specification < 0.5 EU/mg

Water content

Karl Fischer titration confirms the lyophilized cake is within the residual-moisture specification.

Specification ≤ 5.0%

Release pathway

From synthesis to sealed vial

A batch cannot skip a step. Each gate is signed off in the electronic batch record, and the certificate is generated only after the final gate is cleared.

GATE 01

Synthesis & cleavage

Solid-phase synthesis, cleavage and deprotection inside a controlled environment with in-process checks.

GATE 02

Purification

Preparative HPLC separates target peptide from truncation and deletion impurities.

GATE 03

Lyophilization & fill

Sterile filtration, precise fill mass and lyophilization cycle with residual-moisture verification.

GATE 04

Analytical release

Independent laboratory performs the full panel; the COA is signed and the batch enters the registry.

Logistics

Shipping without breaking the chain

Dispatch within 24h

Orders confirmed before 15:00 EST on a business day leave the facility the same day.

Temperature logging

International shipments include a single-use temperature logger so the transit profile can be checked on arrival.

Customs documentation

Each parcel carries a commercial invoice, material description and the batch certificate for clearance.

Regulatory notice. Import rules for research chemicals differ by country. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that the ordered compound may lawfully enter their jurisdiction and to hold the required institutional licences.
